My brush with pseudo-death
Today around 5:30pm I decide to go use the bathroom. I go through the same motions that we all do every day, except I look down and it looks like I've shit out about a pint of my own blood. Momentary panic ensues... I then recall my lunch which largely consisted of delicious Moroccan beets. I proceed to further recall beets change the color of various bodily fluids and I decide that I am, in fact, not dying from a gastric hemorrhage or some horrible ulceration of my innards.Labels: health

The worst for me is always waking up in the morning and peeing red. I get momentarily freaked out.
Although, blood in the urine is also a symptom of colds and flus. A scarry, scary symptom.
